This Payment & Pricing Policy explains how Eternell handles prices, discounts, taxes, and payment methods for purchases made through eternell.org, buy.eternell.org, and any related subdomains (“Sites”).
Please read this together with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.
Where local consumer or tax laws in your country require different rules, those laws will apply.
1. Scope of this Policy
This Policy applies to payments and prices for:
- Supplements and functional foods
- Health test kits and lab-based services
- Programs, memberships and digital services
- Any other paid products or services offered by Eternell through our Sites
2. Prices & currencies
2.1 Display of prices
Product and service prices are shown on the relevant product pages, checkout page, or offer page.
Prices may vary by:

- Currency
- Promotion or bundle
- Channel (e.g., website, partner clinic, event)
2.2 Currencies
We may display and charge prices in one or more currencies (for example USD, AED, INR, or others), depending on your location and our configuration.

- If your payment method is in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may perform a conversion and may apply fees (see Section 7).

3. Taxes, duties & additional charges

5. Payment authorization & order confirmation

5.2 Pending / unsuccessful payments
If your payment:
- Is not authorized
- Is declined by your bank or provider
- Fails due to technical issues
your order may not be accepted or may be automatically cancelled. You may need to place the order again with a valid payment method.
5.3 Order confirmation
Once payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with:
- Order number
- Products/services purchased
- Amount charged and currency
- Billing and shipping details (where applicable)
Our acceptance of your order is subject to stock, eligibility, and compliance checks, as described in our Terms & Conditions.
6. Discounts, coupons & promotional pricing
6.1 Promo codes & coupons
From time to time, we may offer:
- Discount codes
- Special offers
- Bundle pricing
- Loyalty or referral rewards
These may be subject to:
- Expiry dates
- Minimum order values
- Product/category restrictions
- Region-specific availability
6.2 Usage rules
- Only one promo code or discount may be used per order, unless expressly stated.
- Promotional prices apply only at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
- If a coupon is misused, expired, duplicated, or obtained unlawfully, we may refuse or cancel the benefit and, where necessary, cancel the order.
6.3 End of offer
When a promotion ends, normal prices apply. We are not obliged to extend or re-activate any expired promotions, except as required by local law or explicitly promised in writing.
7. Currency conversion & bank charges
If your card or payment method is billed in a different currency than the one displayed on our Sites:
- Your bank or payment provider may convert the currency at their own exchange rate.
- They may also charge foreign transaction fees or conversion fees.
These charges are outside our control.
For exact information about fees, please check with your bank or payment provider before placing an order.
8. Subscription billing (if applicable)
If Eternell offers subscriptions, memberships, or recurring plans, such as:

8.1 Recurring payments
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method at regular intervals (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually), as described on the subscription page.
8.2 Renewals & reminders
Where required or practical, we may send reminders before renewal. It is your responsibility to keep your payment method valid and up to date.
8.3 Cancelling subscriptions
You can cancel renewals as per our Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation stops future billing but usually does not refund the current active period once it has started, unless specifically stated or required by law.
If you are not using subscriptions yet, you can remove or hide this section for now and add it later.
9. Failed payments, chargebacks & disputes
9.1 Failed payments
If a payment fails for a subscription or installment plan:
- We may attempt to charge your card again within a short period.
- If repeated attempts fail, your access to services may be paused or terminated until payment is resolved.
9.2 Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge directly with your bank (chargeback):
- Your access to associated products or services may be suspended while the dispute is under review.
- We reserve the right to challenge fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks with supporting evidence.
We encourage you to contact us first at info@eternell.org if you have any concerns about billing, so we can try to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
10. Pricing errors & corrections
Despite our best efforts, pricing or information on our Sites may occasionally be incorrect due to:
- Typographical errors
- Technical glitches
- Incorrect configuration or outdated data
If we discover an error in the price or description of a product or service you have ordered:
- We may contact you to offer the option to:
- Confirm your order at the correct price, or
- Cancel the order and receive a full refund.
- If we are unable to contact you, or if you do not respond within a reasonable time, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
We are not obliged to honor clearly incorrect prices that are obviously mistaken or significantly lower than intended, where allowed by law.

11.1 Secure processing
We use reputable payment processors and secure technologies to handle your payment details.
- Card numbers and sensitive payment data are usually stored and processed by certified third-party payment gateways, not directly on our servers.
11.2 Fraud checks
To protect users and our business, we may:
- Run automated or manual fraud checks
- Verify transactions, addresses or identity details
- Decline or cancel orders that appear suspicious or inconsistent, even after authorization, and refund the amounts charged where appropriate.
12. Store credit & gift cards (if applicable)
If we issue store credits, vouchers or gift cards:
- They may have expiry dates and usage conditions (e.g., non-transferable, limited to certain regions or categories).
- Store credits usually cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
- Lost or stolen codes may not be replaceable, so keep them safe.
