Welcome to Eternell. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:

Our websites and online stores, including eternell.org, buy.eternell.org, and any related subdomains (the “Sites”)
Our products, including supplements, functional foods, test kits and related items (the “Products”)
Our longevity programs, diagnostic and epigenetic services, health dashboards and digital platforms (the “Services”)

In these Terms, “Eternell”, “we”, “us” or “our” refer to the Eternell group of entities operating these Sites and Services. “You” or “user” refers to anyone who visits our Sites, purchases Products, or uses our Services.

By using our Sites or Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Sites, Products or Services.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least the age of majority in your country (for example, 18 years in many jurisdictions) to use our Sites and Services or to purchase Products, unless a parent/guardian or licensed healthcare professional has provided valid consent where permitted by law.

1.2 By using our Sites, you confirm that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and
You will use our Sites and Services only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Health & medical disclaimer

2.1 Not medical advice.
Information on our Sites, in our reports, dashboards, programs, emails or any other communication is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and should not replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

2.2 No doctor–patient relationship.
Using our Sites or Services does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Eternell. Where we collaborate with independent doctors or healthcare practitioners, they act in their own professional capacity and remain solely responsible for their clinical decisions.

2.3 Consult your healthcare provider.
Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare provider:

Before starting or stopping any supplement, medication, or health program
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning pregnancy or have any medical condition
If you experience any unexpected symptoms or side effects

2.4 Emergency situations.
Eternell is not an emergency or crisis service. In case of a medical emergency, chest pain, difficulty breathing, suspected stroke or any serious condition, contact your local emergency services immediately and do not rely on our Sites or Services.

2.5 Regulatory statements.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, statements about our Products have not been evaluated by regulatory authorities (for example, US FDA or equivalent bodies in other countries). Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and are sold as per local regulations in the jurisdictions where they are offered.

3. Accounts & registration

3.1 To access certain features (such as dashboards, test results, or communities), you may need to create an account.

3.2 You agree to:

Provide accurate, current and complete information during registration
Keep your login details confidential and secure
Promptly update your information if it changes

3.3 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use, you must notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

3.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Violate these Terms
Misuse or attempt to compromise our systems
Engage in abusive, fraudulent or illegal activities

4. Orders, pricing & payments

4.1 Placing orders.
When you place an order for Products, test kits or Services, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion, including due to availability, incorrect pricing, regulatory restrictions, or suspected misuse.

4.2 Pricing & currencies.
Prices shown on our Sites are in the currency specified (e.g., USD, AED, INR or others). Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders that we have already accepted.

4.3 Taxes & duties.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees or regulatory charges in your country, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4.4 Payment.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors using secure methods. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the applicable amount for your order.

4.5 Order confirmation.
After you place an order, you may receive an email acknowledging receipt. This email is not our acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch or activate the Service.

5. Shipping, delivery & risk

5.1 Shipping & timelines.
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Factors such as courier delays, customs inspections, or local regulations may affect delivery.

5.2 Risk of loss.
Risk of loss or damage to Products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided or upon collection (if applicable).

5.3 Incorrect addresses.
You are responsible for providing correct shipping details. We are not liable if Products are lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Returns, refunds & cancellations

6.1 Our returns, refunds and cancellations rules may differ based on the type of Product or Service and the laws of your region. Specific conditions may be described on the Sites, at checkout, or in separate policy pages.

6.2 In general:

Opened or used supplements, consumable products or test kits may not be eligible for return, except where required by law or in case of documented defect.
Lab tests and personalized programs may be non-refundable once processing or analysis has started.

6.3 If a Product is damaged, defective or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us promptly with order details and supporting photos, and we will review options as per our policies and local regulations.

7. Test kits, samples & lab services

7.1 Proper use.
If you order a test kit or participate in a program that involves biological samples (such as saliva, stool, blood, swabs or others), you agree to:

Use the kit only as instructed
Provide samples that are your own and not collected from another person (unless expressly permitted)
Ship or submit samples within the time window mentioned in the instructions

7.2 Sample processing & quality.
If samples are collected incorrectly, contaminated, delayed in transit, or fail quality checks, the laboratory may not be able to process them. In such cases, we may require a re-collection of samples according to our policies.

7.3 No guaranteed outcomes.
Test results and reports are based on current scientific understanding and available technology. We do not guarantee that:

All conditions or risks will be detected
Results will be error-free, exhaustive or predictive of your future health
Following recommendations will produce specific outcomes (e.g., weight loss, disease prevention, reversal of aging)

7.4 Use of third-party laboratories.
We may partner with accredited laboratories and diagnostic providers. While we select these partners carefully, they operate as independent entities and are responsible for their own testing processes, quality assurance and compliance.

8. Reports, dashboards & longevity scores

8.1 Our reports, dashboards, biological age scores, risk indicators and wellness recommendations are provided to help you better understand your health patterns and lifestyle choices. They are not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for medical tests ordered by a doctor.

8.2 You agree not to interpret any information on our platform as:

A definitive diagnosis of any disease
A guarantee that you will or will not develop a particular condition
A reason to stop prescribed treatment or ignore medical advice

8.3 You are encouraged to share your reports with your healthcare provider and discuss any changes to your treatment, medication or lifestyle.

9. User conduct & acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use our Sites or Services for any illegal, fraudulent or harmful activity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems or data
Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of our Sites
Upload or transmit viruses, malware or harmful code
Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
Harass, abuse, defame or harm other users, staff or partners
Use our content for any purpose that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these obligations.

10. Intellectual property

10.1 Ownership.
All content on the Sites — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, product designs, videos, reports, software and code — is owned by Eternell or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

10.2 Limited license.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Sites and Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

10.3 Restrictions.
You may not, without prior written permission from us:

Copy, reproduce, distribute or modify our content for commercial purposes
Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from our systems
Use our trademarks, logos or brand elements in a manner that could cause confusion or suggest endorsement

10.4 User content.
If you submit content to us (e.g., reviews, testimonials, comments, posts in communities), you grant Eternell a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt and distribute that content in connection with our business, in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Third-party links & services

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites, apps or services that are not owned or controlled by Eternell.

We provide these links for convenience only and do not endorse or guarantee their content, products or practices.
Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage or disputes arising from your interaction with third parties.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

12.1 Our Sites, Products and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12.2 We do not warrant that:

The Sites will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free
Any defects will be corrected promptly
The information provided is always complete, up-to-date or suitable for your specific circumstances

12.3 We disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are prohibited by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

13.1 Eternell, its directors, officers, employees, partners and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages
Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill or business opportunities
Personal injury or health consequences resulting from reliance on information from our Sites or Services, failure to consult a healthcare professional, or misuse of our Products

13.2 Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Sites, Products or Services shall be limited to the amount you have paid to us for the relevant Product or Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is lower.

13.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud or certain types of personal injury).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eternell, its directors, officers, employees, agents and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your use or misuse of the Sites, Products or Services
Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
Your infringement of any third-party rights, including privacy or intellectual property rights

15. Governing law & dispute resolution
